Charles attended DePauw University in Greencastle, IN majoring in Communications, and is a proud member of the Rho Tau Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Upon graduation, Charles focused his career in financial services and worked for Barclays Capital before pivoting into recruitment.
