Meet Vernon Richards:

Vernon Richards is a Coach and tester who helps orgs, teams & individuals understand the relationship between quality & testing to help them build better products & deliver more effective services.

He started out in 2002 testing video games on PS2, Xbox & PC. It may not sound like a real job, but it’s true! Since then, his work has spanned a variety of domains, from financial services to eCommerce to F1 teams.

Vernon is currently a Senior Expert Quality Engineer at a health tech company. He also consults on quality & testing through Abode of Quality. A big fan of community, Vernon has hosted events all over the world and presented at meetups and conferences in the UK and abroad. He also delivers keynote speeches and workshops on the topics of coaching, agile and software quality.

Outside of work, Vernon likes nothing more than chilling out playing video games with his kids and travelling as much as possible with his wife.
