Meet Shayna Atkins:

Shayna Atkins is driving innovation in workforce development and leaving a seat at the table for women in technology. In her role as a product development expert, she has coached and consulted organizations- fortune 100 companies, higher education, and public service – in process improvement and digital modernization. Her lean agile product and design company , AtkCo, takes customers from problem solving to acceleration with innovative product design, management, training, and managed services. She can be found on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Furthermore, Shayna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where her passion for innovation and technology first took root. She further honed her skills in Executive Education at Northwestern University at Kellogg School of Business.

Shayna is active in the community having birthed two women’s communities Queen’s Brunch and InnovateHer Transformation Community, a platform for women leaders in digital to advance their careers- impacting increased salaries by close to $500k. She also sits on the leadership council for YWCA YWeb Academy for women with non-traditional backgrounds looking to re-skill and switch to tech careers.

Shayna Atkins possesses a profound understanding of Agile methodologies, including Lean, Scrum, Kanban, the Scaled Agile Framework, Spotify approach, and LeSS. Her unique talent lies in seamlessly combining Design Thinking with Agile tools and practices, optimizing the software development lifecycle, and consistently delivering high-quality products.
